Refund and cancellation policy
This covers payments made to PCMC24 for business plans. Payments for work done by a provider are between the society and the provider.
Pro profile (1 year)
- Activated immediately after the payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically.
- If you ask within 7 days of payment, we refund the full amount.
- After 7 days we do not refund the remaining period, except where required by law or where we could not provide the service.
Sponsored placement (30 days)
- If the placement has not started, cancel for a full refund.
- If PCMC24 cannot show the placement as booked (for example the page is withdrawn), we refund the days not delivered.
- Once it has run, the delivered days are not refundable. You receive a report of actual impressions and clicks.
Assisted profile setup
- Full refund if work has not started.
- If you cancel after work starts, we refund the amount less the work already done, which we will explain.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. The bank or card network usually takes 5–7 working days after we process them.
