A shocking incident of a young woman's brutal murder has come to light in the Moshi area of Pimpri-Chinchwad. Her body was found in the open, in front of commercial office number 7 at Mantra Moment Housing. Police primarily estimate that the incident occurred between October 12 and October 13.
The identity of the deceased woman has not yet been established. Police stated that she is estimated to be 25 to 30 years old. She was wearing an orange T-shirt, a blue denim jacket, and black and green striped track pants. Upon examining the body, it was observed that she had been severely attacked with a weapon, leading to her death, as reported by News PCMC.
Upon receiving information about the incident, officers and personnel from MIDC Bhosari Police Station arrived at the scene. Police took custody of the body and sent it for post-mortem examination. A murder case has been registered at MIDC Bhosari Police Station in connection with this incident. Further investigation is underway under the guidance of Police Inspector (Crime) Misal.
The major challenges currently facing the police are identifying the deceased woman and determining the exact motive for the murder. CCTV footage from the area is being examined, and information is also being collected from local residents. This incident has created an atmosphere of fear in the Moshi area.
