The Swami Vivekananda Pratishthan at Kranti Chowk in Rajmata Jijau Nagar organised a felicitation programme for meritorious students on the occasion of the public Ganeshotsav.
Experts guided the students who performed exceptionally well in their Class 10 and 12 examinations regarding further education and career opportunities.
Former Bhosari MLA Vilas Lande, Corporator Tushar Sahane, Dr Suhas Kamble, Namrata Londhe and various social workers were present. The chairmen of housing societies in the area felicitated the students.
The Pratishthan's founder president Vinod Ahire, president Yuvraj Shelke and other office-bearers planned the event. Rahul Shinalkar anchored the programme.
