The complainant and the suspect work together in the paint shop. According to the complaint, the 19-year-old suspect was mischievously removing a silver mark (tikli) placed on the vehicle the complainant was working on. As a result, the vehicle's paint coverage was not being done properly.
After noticing this, the complainant reported the matter to the senior lineman. Following this, the suspect allegedly approached him with an iron pipe, asked why he had complained, and struck the complainant above his left eye.
The complaint further states that the suspect then kicked, punched, and verbally abused him. The complainant sustained injuries in the assault.
A case has been registered at the Chikhli police station in connection with the incident, and the police are conducting further investigations. An official response from the company regarding the matter is not yet available.
