A video showing an argument between a cab driver and a traffic policeman in Pune has gone viral on social media.
According to the cab driver’s version, the incident began after windscreen washer fluid from his taxi accidentally splashed onto a policeman who was riding a motorcycle behind the cab.
The driver has alleged that the policeman then stopped the vehicle, verbally abused him and threatened him. The cab driver recorded the interaction on his mobile phone and later posted the video on social media.
The cab driver, who is reportedly from Gujarat, has also claimed that he contacted the 112 emergency helpline during the incident.
The person seen in the video is being identified as a traffic policeman. However, the exact sequence of events and the full context of the argument have not yet been officially confirmed.
As per the information currently available, neither the cab driver nor the policeman has filed an official police complaint regarding the incident.
Therefore, the allegations seen and heard in the viral video remain claims at this stage. A clearer picture is expected only after an official statement or inquiry from the concerned authorities.
