The process to provide permanent locations for circle officer and talathi offices in the Bhosari assembly constituency has accelerated, aiming to offer land record and revenue-related services locally to citizens. Following efforts by MLA Mahesh Landge, the Additional Tehsildar's office has submitted a proposal for four sites to the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, as reported by News PCMC.
The proposal includes sites in Borhadewadi, Dudulgaon, Wadhmukhwadi, and Dapodi. This matter was discussed at a meeting held on September 15, chaired by the Pune District Collector. This meeting has further expedited the efforts to secure permanent locations, according to News PCMC.
Currently, the land transfer process from the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation is pending. Once this process is complete, the revenue offices in Bhosari will have their own permanent locations. This is expected to eliminate the need for citizens to travel long distances for revenue-related work and streamline administrative operations.
