Speaking at an event, Adv Gorakhnath Zhol, founder president of the Samvidhan Vidhi Seva Manch, reviewed the changes in the city's judicial system over the last 3 decades. He noted that the number of courts in the city has increased, with the establishment of a district court and senior division courts.
However, for cases related to cooperative societies, citizens of Pimpri-Chinchwad still have to travel to Pune. He stated that this forces them to endure the additional burden of time and travel.
He explained that setting up an independent cooperative court in the central part of the city would directly benefit the citizens.
On this occasion, he also emphasised to young lawyers the importance of integrity, consistent study, and seeking guidance from senior lawyers, alongside their professional progress.
