A beneficiary camp under the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' was organized in Wakad on September 29, with the presence of BJP State President Ravindra Chavan. Held to commemorate Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday, the camp distributed benefits and certificates for various government schemes to beneficiaries. Ravindra Chavan stated that it is the duty of public representatives to effectively implement government schemes and ensure they reach the citizens, as reported by News PCMC.
The camp was organized by the public relations office of BJP Corporator Rahul Kalate. Rahul Kalate has so far conducted 64 public welfare camps, through which over 8,500 citizens have received benefits from various schemes and facilities. No service charges are levied at these camps. Rahul Kalate clarified that the objective of this initiative is to provide direct services to citizens, under the guidance of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and State President Ravindra Chavan.
Many dignitaries, including Shankarsheth Jagtap, Shatrughna Kate, Prashant Shitole, Balasaheb Kashid, Reshma Bhujbal, Kunal Wawalkar, and Dharmapal Tantarpale, attended the event. During the occasion, Ravindra Chavan was felicitated by the Shri Vitthal Rakhumai Tukaram Maharaj Bhandara Dongar Trust, News PCMC noted.
